Applications
Please report to the spa reception before your treatment, our colleagues will meet you there. The stated treatment times include the time for relaxing, showering and dressing and undressing. If you do not keep your appointment on time, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly.Cancellations
For Day Spa guests:
Please bear in mind that we have a limited number of cancellations for day guests. Cancellation 24 hours before arrival is free of charge. All later cancellations will be charged at 100%.
For treatments (day spa and house guests):
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the treatment. Appointments that are reserved but not used will be charged at 100%.Children
We ask for your understanding that, for reasons of youth protection, only adults aged 16 and over are permitted in the sauna area.Clothing
You can borrow a bathrobe and bath towels from us. If you would like to use our fitness area, you will need sports shoes, sports clothing and a towel. Swimwear must be worn in the pool area. The saunas, however, are textile-free. During treatments, massages and body treatments, your body will be covered and only the part of your body to be treated will be exposed. We will provide you with a disposable brief.Electronic devices
We ask you to refrain from using any electronic devices such as mobile phones, laptops and cameras. The wellness area is an oasis of peace and relaxation. Please be considerate of guests seeking peace and quiet and do not engage in loud conversations in the quiet areas.Environment
Help us to protect the environment. Please only use as many towels as you really need.General information
Visits to the Ritter Spa are permitted from the age of 16. Spring water and tea are available in front of the relaxation rooms and saunas. We kindly ask you not to block the loungers with towels or bags. Please use the numbers to identify your bathrobes to avoid confusion after your sauna session.Medical particularities
Please be sure to inform us of any special medical conditions, especially your therapist, before the treatment begins. Please inform us of any health restrictions, illnesses, intolerances, allergies and pregnancy when making your appointment.Reservations
In order to be able to accommodate your preferred dates as far as possible, we ask you to book your treatments before your arrival. Of course, we will also try to accommodate last-minute appointments. Please contact our reception at the Ritter Spa by e-mail at spa@ritter-durbach.de.Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the spa areas. You are welcome to smoke on our smoking terrace at the spa reception.Spa use after check-out
Text: If you would like to use your day of departure to use the spa area, this is possible by arrangement with the hotel reception for a fee of € 23.0 per person.Sunbathing
You can sunbathe with a view of the vineyards on our 360-degree sun terrace. After a body peeling or an oil massage, however, you should refrain from sunbathing or tanning for at least 12 hours.Valuables
We recommend that you lock your valuables in a safe or locker or leave them at home. We accept no liability for the loss of valuables.Vouchers
If you are in possession of a voucher, please hand it in at the hotel reception upon arrival. Please note that vouchers lose their validity after 4 years. Additional extras are also payable at the hotel reception upon check-out.
